Monster Art and Clothing is part of the Seattle Art movement! This amazing article by the Seattle PI names over 30 local artists, making waves in the Art World. A whopping 13 of them have been featured at Monster, with 7 of them currently gracing the walls of our store. So, if you haven’t made it to one of our Art Walk parties, you’re well overdue. Read on, and feast your eyes on the beautiful work of Seattle’s underground art scene, that’s not so underground anymore.

Joe Vollan. Currently having an art show at Monster, come see his work in person, up until Oct 9th. All his dark, illustrative paintings are taking up an entire brick wall of our shop. We have high ceilings, and love to show off our art! Monster’s owner Tara just snagged one of his creations for herself: featuring a robot fugitive being guided to safety by a panda bear. “I’m such a huge fan of his work, so excited to finally have him featured in my store.” –ts

tnglr. Our featured artist for October! Come join us for the Ballard Art Walk October 12th, were he will be debuting his new collection of monsters. Dress up as a monster, and compete in our costume contest for prizes. Also, enjoy the Spooky aerial performances of Goody Goody. She will be swinging from our ceiling on her silks!
